The capital of British Columbia situated on south tip of Vancouver Island. With mild winters due to Pacific Ocean influence, but not as much rain as Mainland, it has probably the best climate in Canada. City itself is very beautiful with plentiful green nature spaces, iconic Dallas road waterfront and Victorian Architecture remnant of Colonial Days.
