Honduras is famous for Copan Ruins. World class Mayan Archeological Site -- although in my mind it does not compare to Tikal in Guatemala. Ruins are not the only thing to see in Copan though -- highly recommended is Macaw Mountain Bird Rescue and Rexab Center.
