Seville was the last Andalucia stop, and it was the case of "save best for last" in more ways than one. I spent 4 full days, but as reoccuring theme on Spain '25 trip it was not nearly enough. Weather was perfect - mostly sunny with daytime highs around 20 Celsius - ideal for urban exploring. Aparthotel was also fantastic, older building, quiet but within walking distance to Old Town and even Train station. Added bonus was opportunity to see La Liga Football on iconic FC Seville Ramon Sanches Pizjuan Stadium. Great game, won by Barcelona 4:1, but more importantly I saw live Lamine Yamal - young 17 year prodigy, and next big thing on World Football Stage.
Two main things that are not to be missed in Old Town are:

1) Historic Royal Alcazar Palace
2) World Famous Seville Cathedral, also on UNESCO World Heritage List since 1987

Buying tickets online ahead of time, even in low season, is highly recommended. Alcazar and Cathedral are next to each other, so some people visit both the same day - I highly advise splitting into 2 days in order not to get oversaturated. Besides those 2 landmarks I also enjoyed:

1) Plaza Espana (if you are photographer, it's easy to spend full day here)
2) Plaza De Toros Bullring Corrida
3) Stroll by Guadalquivir River with several landmark buildings
4) Andaluz Center of Contemporary art, next to modern Caixa Forum complex

Like other Galleries on Spanish Trip, photos are organized in sequence of my exploration. If you are interested in licensing something, or simply want more information, please contact me via site main menu.
